OUR JOURNEY – Fit Mama Home was founded by a busy mama of two who has struggled to stay consistent with her fitness goals. Over the years, I’ve been super motivated and then there were times when I couldn’t muster up the energy. I’ve learned to give myself grace during tough periods and to always pick myself up and keep going. The key is consistency and never giving up! Fitness should be an empowering and fulfilling experience. My desire is to provide exceptional products that can be used at home and create a space where mamas at every stage of their fitness journey can find the tools and support they need.
